Construction Traffic Beware Cyclists Going Straight Ahead. https://t.co/Ufx3LCdotP

Surely one of these routes - in Greenwich Park or behind the Queen's House - could be made into a proper cycle route parallel to the A206?

High density cycle parking at the Queen's House, Greenwich - it's just about possible to lock the rear of a bike to the higher ones.

Modal filter, Maze Hill

Why are the Royal Parks so obstructive to cycling?

Temporary closure - not a pop-up Covid-19 measure, but roadworks. No problem for cyclists, despite the sign being right on top of the cycle symbol.

Signage for a narrow passageway

Segregated cycle path needed along this wide road so that cyclists don't have to use pavement. Speed limit to be restricted to 20mph.

Rat run through narrow residential road on council estate.

Narrow pavement near station and playground

Road narrows and cycle path disappears over bridge. Cars do close passes.

A permanent modal filter at the St Germans Pl / Kidbrooke Gardens roundabout would be more effective and acceptable to Cator Estate residents whose access points have been very restricted by the South Row (very good) measures which may not … [more]

A fully signalled, one phase shared-use crossing with widened paths on either side. Remove the wide central reservation to widen the northern footway over the rail bridge.

Modal filter (walking/cycling only) to reduce through traffic

Modal filter only allowing bikes/pedestrians to eradicate through traffic

The pavement has been widened here on both sides for pedestrians making the road too narrow with a high concentration of standing buses and heavy vehicles - dangerous for cyclists, switch the use of the left path from pedestrian to cycleway … [more]

Rat run. Make modal

Very unsafe junction - fast vehicles and poor road lay / crossing points

Vehicles constantly parked in the cycle lanes - no enforcement of rules. Fully segregated lane needed for bikes with more bollards

Allow this stretch of the park to be cycle friendly so cyclists can avoid the dangerous trafalgar road

Narrow overgrown pavement here

This is a very narrow footpath that needs to be widened.

There is limited space given to cyclists and it is very dangerous as drivers do not allow space for cyclists.

Cycleway Ends at Rochester Way and cyclists either have to share the narrow pavement with pedestrians or risk the road. There should be a cycle lane on Well Hall Road.

Close one or two of the four lanes of traffic. This will provide a wider pavement and two cycle lanes. It will also slow down the speeding traffic. Cycling along this road is deadly and the 1m wide pavements are too narrow to walk (coupled … [more]

Villas Rd has huge potential to be an excellent part of cycling route from Plumstead Common to Woolwich, avoiding the dangers of Griffin Rd and Burrage Rd. It is already closed to through traffic, but historic design focussed on walking … [more]

This is a school road. The road is used as a speedy cut through. The road and pavements are not wide enough, cars regularly drive on to pavements to overtake. The pavements are very narrow, 0.5 - 1m. The road should be closed at the … [more]

The cycle path at this point is dangerously in the door zone of parked cars. Any motorist who opens the door without care could knock over a cyclist into the path of a moving car. The cycle lane needs moving out beyond the reach of an open … [more]

The section of Thames Path between O2 and Greenwich Power Station needs upgrading to make it a safe mixed pedestrian and cycle amenity on the existing Thames path and Q14 routes.

Cycleway. large school here - speed and volume of traffic prevents cycling

Segregated cycleway. the current band of paint doesn't stop fast vehicles moving into the space.

To close pass. There is enough space easily for cycle lane wands.

Too narrow and cars overtake dangerously

Properly enforce no parking in cycle lane. It’s never free if cars

It’s ridiculous to have a bus stand here, move the 51 into Hare St and make it easier for cycles and cars - or make it a cycle lane.

Villas road needs modal filters not what it currently has

Close this section to traffic at weekends

Cycle lane too narrow due to poorly positioned upright posts,Posts also make right turns from this road into side roads dangerous due to timing the maneuver with traffic approaching from behind. Cycle lane not swept regularly.

Fast traffic. Some drivers do not give enough space to slow moving bikes. Major route for riders returning from jobs in Plumstead, Woolwich, Charlton and further west to homes in Bexley. Needs cycle lane uphill on, Wickham Lane, between … [more]

Cars are close passing when overtaking at speed. Needs segregated lanes. I use this route to go to work at the hospital.

There is alot of primary schools around, and since covid alot more people are wanting to cycle but bit dangerous on the roads. This will encourage more cycling and safer journeys around social distancing.

Upgrade access to bridge to enable cycling over A20 rather than having to dodge traffic to cross road.

Place a modal filter here to prevent traffic from rat running out of the town centre into the Anglesea, Conduit and Crescent residential streets.

Place modal filters here to stop traffic rat running along Sandy Hill Rd. At the moment, large traffic volumes use this as a short cut off the south circular along Sandy Hill and Crescent Rd then onto Burrage Rd. The traffic is way to heavy … [more]

Remove parking bays and widen footpath. This has always been a pinch point for pedestrians.

Sandy Hill Rd is a narrow residential street that suffers from rat running and excessive speeding. I believe modal filters at the corner of Burrage place and sandy hill rd would do a significant amount to reduce rat running. Sandy Hill Rd … [more]

The west side of Sandy Hill Rd has an extremely narrow pavement that is often blocked by wheelie bins. This pavement is a high volume pedestrian street that needs to be widened.

Add a cycle lane and slow the cars down

Make this one lane and make it safer for cyclists and pedestrians.

Make this a bus gate and stop the crazy drivers from driving on the pavement.

Get the vehicles off of the pavement

Add a cycleway and slow down the traffic, often cars doing 50+ in a 30.

Slow down the traffic and make it safer

Change the cycle path here, it is confusing and dangerous as you have to bunny hop to use it.

Close the road to commuters. make it safer for pedestrians and cyclists.

More wands and keep the vehicles out of the cycle path.

Make this safe for cyclists, it is a terrible junction.
