Monks Cross retail park (Huntington, York) 5.12.20. Cycle-specific infrastructure. Blocked by: (i) two crash barriers - with no obvious purpose (previously reported but not removed), (ii) a cone that seems to have no reason for being on the route, (ii) pedestrians and...
